Terms of Service

Welcome to Memberflow. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Memberflow platform, dashboard, CDN scripts, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Faizatech ("we", "us", or "our").

By signing up, creating an account, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Memberflow is a membership management and content gating service designed for Webflow and other client-side web platforms. The Service allows users to configure membership tiers, gate specific HTML elements on their sites using custom data attributes, process member signups/logins, and manage members via our dashboard.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use the dashboard, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Fees, Subscriptions, and Payments

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly and processed through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy handles your payment details, tax collection, and receipts directly — we never see or store your full card number.
• Plan changes: Upgrading takes effect immediately and is billed pro-rata by Lemon Squeezy. Downgrading takes effect at the start of your next billing period; you keep your current plan until then.
• Cancellation:You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, then your connected site reverts to unlicensed (Memberflow's enforcement stops working — your site itself is never modified or taken down).
• Refunds:Refunds are handled case-by-case — contact us at the email below and we'll work it out directly, rather than pointing you to a rigid policy.

4. Acceptable Use and Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you configure Memberflow on your client sites, and for the data you collect from your members. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations.
• Store or transmit sensitive personal data without proper consent or security measures.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, or networks.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service (including code, design, logos, trademarks, and documentation) are owned by Faizatech or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights or intellectual property rights in the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAIZATECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Faizatech is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
